Diane's approach to therapy was refreshing in the sense that although she wanted to hear my story and determine how I was affected by my past, she was far more concerned with the most important aspect of life - the here and now. Diane taught me that regardless of what's happened in the past, the steps we need to take toward health and happiness are consistently the same.
